Shipping Info

All product shipments are insured if the package is shipped through UPS or FedEx. AndyMark, Inc. primarily uses UPS for shipments, but will also use other methods (FedEx, USPS) if needed. Notification of shipment will be made to customer at the time when the product is shipped to customer-provided email.

Shipping costs include shipping, packaging and handling. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments originate from Kokomo, Indiana, or from Canada for some Canadian orders.

If you would like to ship using your FedEx or UPS account, please provide this information in the comment area of the order. We will charge the shipment to your account and omit our shipping charge.

Shipments within the U.S.A.

AndyMark utilizes an automatic shipping price calculator through UPS for domestic shipments. These shipment costs will show up as different shipping options are chosen and the order is updated.

Canada Shipments

We have shipped a large quantity of parts to Canada already, sitting at a distributor's location in Toronto. We had to pay 13% tax (5% GST, 8% PST) on this shipment. For shipments that will be shipped from the Toronto location, we will pass along this tax to our customers. If you order parts that are not in Canada already, then we will ship from Indiana, omit the tax, and expect you to pay it on your end. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Delivery outside of United States & Canada:

Charge is dependent on location. Please advise what shipping method you prefer, by noting your choice in the comments area on the order. We will ship by FedEx International Economy if no direction is provided. The ordering system will record $0 for shipping until shipment is made. After shipment is initiated, the associated shipping charge will be added to the order.

Duties and Taxes on All International Orders

Many international packages are delivered to customers who are required to pay extra duties and taxes due to the incoming country. These extra charges are NOT included in the AndyMark shipping charges, and are solely the responsibility of the receiving customer.
