10 Inch Mecanum Wheel Set, Steel Body am-0298

These wheels are sold in assembled units, with 12 rollers per wheel. Each roller is a heavy-duty wheel itself, with 2 steel GGB bushings riding on a 1/2" steel axle. These axles and rollers are sandwiched between two 0.09" thick steel plates.

The rollers are made of gray SBR rubber, with 80A durometer.

These wheels can be purchased in a set of 4, or individually.

Mounting options

Two mounting hole patterns will be available:
3-Hole: 1.97" bore, w/ 3 holes (5/16" dia) on a 3" bolt circle
6-Hole: 1.125" bore, w/ 6 holes (0.204" dia) on a 1.875" bolt circle

Coefficient of Friction

These are the coefficient of friction constants, as tested on tight pile carpet:

• 6" Mecanum Wheel: 0.6 static forward/reverse, 0.5 sideways
• 8" Mecanum Wheel: 0.7 static forward/reverse, 0.6 sideways
• 10" Mecanum Wheel: 0.54 static forward/reverse, 0.41 sideways
